LLR announced that it will virtually hold its 2022 AGM at 11.00am on 13 Jul 22. Unitholders will vote on:

• Authorising LLR Directors to conclude the co-investment with Grit in the acquisition of an industrial property in Nairobi, Kenya for a shareholding of up to 50%.
•  Authorising any LLR Director to do all such things and sign all such documents that are necessary to give effect to the resolutions passed at the EGM.
